Tom Bichanich is President of Midwest Assembly, Warehouse and Distribution (MAWD). He brings a business leadership perspective to the warehousing and logistics challenges companies face as they grow, adapt, and meet changing customer expectations.

Tom’s extensive warehousing background gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to keep products moving and customer commitments on track. He understands the daily challenges of managing inventory, coordinating fulfillment, and adapting operations as business needs change.  He holds the Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) designation through the International Warehouse Logistics Association.

His writing draws on that experience to explore warehouse management, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and distribution. He focuses on the questions businesses face when evaluating logistics partners, improving efficiency, and planning for growth, with a clear connection to the day-to-day realities of warehousing.
