Midwest assembly and packaging services are offered for commercial and light industrial products. Our team of trained and experienced assembly technicians run full-service programs. Materials for programs are securely warehoused at our Southeastern Wisconsin facility and ready for project completion.
This work includes:
- Installation and assembly of a wide variety of electrical and mechanical components constructed of metal, wood, glass and plastic
- Assembly using fasteners, collating parts and testing products before packaging
- Collating parts, bundling, kitting, order fulfillment
- Point-of-purchase display assembly
- Pick and pack services
- Applying finishing details including decals and labels, gaskets and rubber bumpers
- Perform UL compliance testing and apply UL labels (UL approved)
- Complete packaging services including plastic or metal banding or stretch wrap
- Shipping of product including packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels and contracting with shipping carrier
- Warehousing and inventory control
