• Q – Will you warehouse food products?
• A – Yes, we warehouse a large variety of food products.

• Q – Is your warehouse product stored on skids?
• A - Yes, it is much more cost effective for us to move product around the warehouse and into and out of trucks if the product is on skids.

• Q – What is the standard size skid that you use in your warehouse?
• A – The standard size skid is 40” x 48”

• Q - Do you have a maximum weight that you can handle?
• A – We prefer not to handle more than 5,000 pound skids.  However, we can make arrangements for handling heavier skids if required.

Distribution

• Q – Can you ship our product using our UPS or FedEx account number?
• A – Yes, or if you prefer, we can ship using our account number and than add the shipping costs to your invoice.

• Q – Do you ship via your trucks?
• A – We do not have our own trucks.  However, we do have an excellent working relationship with Grafton Transit.  Grafton Transit is located in the same complex as MAWD.  In addition, we can ship via the carrier you specify or by any of the common carriers.

• Q – Can you ship throughout the US?
• A – Yes, we ship throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and overseas per your requirements.

• Q – Can you ship via a truck line prepaid and add?
• A – Yes.

• Q –Can you ship to distribution centers , individual stores or to private residences?
• A – We can ship to any location that is accessible via UPS, FedEx, common carrier or private carrier.

• Q – Will you ship product shipped via UPS or FedEx every day or every other day or twice per week or once per week?
• A - We will ship to accommodate your needs.  However, if we can accumulate orders by shipping once per week or twice a week we can save you some shipping expense.

• Q – Can you ship via US Postal Service?
• A – We would prefer not to ship via USPS.  USPS will not pick up product at our warehouse.  Therefore, we would need to deliver the product to a post office. We do not recommend, as it is not a cost effective solution.

• Q – Can you ship to a store that does not have a loading dock?
• A – Yes.  However, not all trucking lines will deliver to stores without loading docks.  So, care will need to be exercised in selecting a carrier.

• Q – Can you provide shipping labels?
• A – Yes, we can provide shipping labels for UPS or FedEx or special labels per your requirements.

• Q – Can you provide the Bills of Lading and the Packing Lists required for shipping our product?
• A – Yes

• Q – We want to send our shipping information to you via email.  What is the best way to do this?
• A - We prefer that shipping information be sent to us in an excel spreadsheet format.

Assembly and Packing

• Q – What type of Assembly work do you offer?
• A – We Assemble metal, plastic and / or wood components using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pop rivet guns and hot glue guns.  We do not offer welding, grinding or painting.  Our expertise is the assembly of more complex products.

• Q – What processes do you have in place to insure the quality of our product?
• A – Our assembly technicians have the expertise to set up the assembly line to assemble your product so that one person is performing 1 or 2 tasks for each product.  Using this line set up our assembly people learn to assemble the product very quickly and errors are minimized.  In addition, our line supervisors inspect the product on the line and at the end of the product line.

• Q – Can you provide the cartons that our products ship in?
• A – Yes.  We will need a product sample so that we can have the carton manufactured properly.  We will also need to know if you will require any special packing inside of the carton, if you require the carton to be transit tested and if you require any special printing on the carton.

• Q – Will you provide packing material?
• A – Yes, per your requirements.

• Q – Our product requires blister pack or clam shell pack.  Can you provide this packaging for us?
• A – At this time we do not provide these services.

• Q – Will you wrap the skids that our products are on prior to shipping?
• A – Yes, we have several stretch wrap machines for securing your product to the shipping skids.  We can provide black plastic wrap if you require it for security reasons.

Electro-Mechanical Assembly

• A – Yes, if your product is UL approved.
